Rebecca is an experienced Personal Assistant, having spent over 25 years supporting senior level executives and business owners.

She worked as an Executive Assistant for HSBC Asset Management and GLG Man for over 10 years, has been a Private PA for a small business owner and for the last five years, she has provided virtual business support services to a variety of small business owners. 

Her experience demonstrates her ability to work in both large and small organisations and across a variety of different business sectors. These have often been in high pressured environments, dealing with confidential information as well as high profile clients.

She now offers the PA skills that she’s honed over the last twenty five years to individuals and companies who are looking for ad-hoc or regular admin support, without the need of hiring a permanent Personal Assistant.

Rebecca Knott PA is conducted virtually, via Microsoft Teams or Zoom or in person when preferred by the client, if they are located in the Bath / Bristol area.

Pricing

All the benefits of a personal assistant without the costs of a permanent employee!

Rebecca Knott PA can work on a pay as you go basis, for as little as an hour, half a day or a day a month, or on a more regular basis if your business demands a more regular commitment. Contact us for further information about pricing for your project.

Pay As You Go:

  • Pay for the hours worked with no ongoing commitment –  perfect if you need ad hoc help every now and again.
  • Time-tracking software rounds time up or down to the nearest 15 minutes (a time report is sent with your invoice to see a full breakdown of hours).
  • Minimum of 1 hour billed.
  • On-site support available within the Bath / Bristol area.
  • Invoice payable once project is complete.
  • £35 an hour. 

Retainer Basis:

  • Pay for a set number of hours per month on unlimited tasks.
  • Time-tracking software rounds time up or down to the nearest 15 minutes (a time report is sent with your invoice to see a full breakdown of hours).
  • Client is notified when nearing limits extra hours can be added and/or tasks reduced to keep to a budget.
  • Minimum of 20 hours per month.
  • Invoice payable at the end of every month.
  • £30 an hour.
